Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Personaxis ("we", "us"), operated by Personaxis, at personaxis.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
Personaxis is an AI agent persona registry and deployment platform. The Service allows users to browse, download, export, publish, and deploy AI agent persona configurations ("Personas") across multiple agent frameworks.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at davidq@personaxis.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to create or distribute Personas designed to deceive, manipulate, or harm other people
- Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service
- Use the Service to generate or distribute spam, malware, or illegal content
- Impersonate any person or organization
- Circumvent any access controls or security features
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. User Content
When you publish a Persona or other content to the Service, you grant Personaxis a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute that content as part of the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
Personas published as "open source" or "public" are available to other users under the license you specify. By publishing publicly, you represent that you have the rights to do so.
6. Paid Plans and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy (14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions).
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The Personaxis platform, brand, and proprietary software are owned by Personaxis. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you. Open-source components are licensed under their respective licenses.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI Personas will produce any particular outcome. AI outputs are probabilistic and may vary.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Personaxis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lima, Peru.
